POLICE: Man Wanted For Changing UPC Labels On Products At Best Buy

UTICA, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) - The Utica Police Department needs the public's help finding a man wanted for changing UPC labels on products at a Best Buy.

The police department posted a photo of the suspected man on their Facebook page Wednesday.
