Police: Man Steals Vacuum From Lowes, Returns With Partner To Steal Leaf Blower

BLOOMFIELD TWP. (WWJ) - Police are trying to catch a shoplifter who has targeting a Lowes home improvement store in Oakland County at least twice.

Both thefts occurred at the Lowes store on Telegraph Road just south of Orchard Lake Road in Bloomfield Township.

According to police, a suspect entered the store on December 22 and stole a Dyson vacuum valued at $450.

Two days later, on December 24, the same suspect returned to the store only this time he had an accomplice. On this occasion, the two men walked out of the store with a Troy Bilt leaf blower valued at $98.99.

Police have released photos taken from the store's surveillance cameras in hopes that the public might be able to recognize the suspect and his accomplice.
