Police Investigate Death Of Boy, 3, Found In Family Pool

GRAND BLANC TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - Police in Grand Blanc Township were investigating the death of a 3-year-old boy whose body was found in a family's pool.

MLive.com reports Tuesday that an autopsy was expected to be performed.

Officers were called to the home Monday night on a report of a possible drowning. Relatives of the boy were interviewed by police.

The family's attorney, Frank Manley, tells MLive.com that the boy's death was the result of a "terrible accident."

Grand Blanc Township is south of Flint in Genesee County.
