13-Year-Old Detroit Girl Missing Since Friday Found Safe

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police say a teenage girl who had been missing since Friday has been found.

Tiara Camak.

Tiara Camak, 13, was last seen by her mother on March 10, around 6:30 p.m. at their home in the 20200 block of Kentucky. Police said she left to go to the store and never returned.

Late Wednesday afternoon, police said in a media release that Camak "has been recovered and is safe."

No further details were provided.

Police thanked the media the public for helping to solve the case.
