Police: 4 Dead, 1 Seriously Injured After Deadly Crash On City's East Side

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are investigating after a deadly crash Sunday morning on the city's east side.

Police confirm that four men have died after the Jeep Cherokee they were in hit a cement post and caught on fire around 1 a.m.

Police say the driver was speeding westbound on 7 Mile Road near Van Dyke when he lost control.

The fifth passenger remains in critical condition.
