Pat Caputo -- Who Is The Tigers' First Half MVP?

DETROIT --  There's no shortage of possible candidates for the role of MVP of the Detroit Tigers for the first half of the season -- but one stands out according to 97.1 The Ticket's Pat Caputo.

The list includes Ian Kinsler, Miguel Cabrera and you could name Justin Verlander as a contender, he's had 10 good starts in his last 11 games -- but Victor Martinez has been providing protection in the order behind Cabrera and getting clutch hits and he gets the nod for first half MVP from Caputo.
