Paramedics and Technicians Sue State of Michigan When Licenses Were Suspended After Timesha Beauchamp Awoke at Funeral Home

(CBS Detroit) - Four emergency personnel at the scene of a woman who was mispronounced as dead are suing the state.

Two paramedics and two technicians say their medical licenses were suspended without due process.

The investigation into the treatment of 20-year-old Timesha Beauchamp is still ongoing.

Beauchamp who has Cerebal Palsy was found alive at a funeral home on August 23rd.
