Officials: Man Found Under I-75 Overpass Died Of Natural Causes

DETROIT (WWJ/AP) - Authorities say it's been determined that a man found dead under an I-75 overpass in Detroit died from natural causes.

Michigan State Police say a crew cutting grass in the area found the man's body near 7 Mile Road around 10:50 a.m. Tuesday. The man was declared dead at the scene.

In a statement Thursday, police say the Wayne County medical examiner made the determination about the death. Police were awaiting a final report before closing the case.

The man's identity has not yet been released.
