Man Wins $2 Million On Scratch-Off Bought At Royal Oak 7-Eleven

ROYAL OAK (WWJ) -- An Oakland County man is Michigan's newest millionaire after taking a chance on a scratch-off at a Royal Oak 7-Eleven.
