Charges dismissed against Oakland County teacher accused of sexual assault

Charges have been dismissed against a Pontiac man accused of sexually abusing a young girl over seven years, the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office said. 

Brian David Hallock's second-degree criminal sexual conduct charge was recently dismissed. Hallock, 44, was arraigned in September 2025 on one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct and arraigned in Pontiac. 

The Oakland County Prosecutor's Office said Hallock's case was dismissed without prejudice, meaning prosecutors can refile at a later time.
