Murder Suspect Shot Dead During Struggle With Police In Dearborn
DEARBORN (WWJ) -- A murder suspect is dead after he was shot during a struggle with Detroit Police on Friday afternoon.
Officers were called to a home on the west side of Detroit for a felony assault in progress where a woman was found murdered. Police were able to identify a suspect and a photo of him as well as where the suspect may be.
Officers tracked the suspect to Macy's Cleaners on Schaefer near Ford Rd. in Dearborn. There was a struggle with police and shots were fired. The man was shot to death and no officers were hurt.
In incident is under further investigation.
