More Questions Surround Deadly Confrontation At Detroit Gas Station

DETROIT (WWJ) - A confrontation turns deadly at a Detroit gas station early Sunday morning.

A police spokesperson confirmed that a 31-year-old woman and a 22-year-old man had, at some point, exchanged phone numbers and agreed to meet-up at the Fuel Zone gas station on Fenkell and Evergreen Road. Around 3:15 a.m., the woman's 24-year-old boyfriend showed up and an argument ensued, before shots were fired.

The 24-year-old boyfriend was killed,  the 22-year-old man was also shot and hospitalized. The 22-year-old is a CPL (concealed pistol license) holder.

The incident remains under investigation.
