Elderly Woman With Alzheimer's Walks Away From Birmingham Salon

BIRMINGHAM (WWJ) -- Police have located a woman who went missing from a salon in Birmingham on Saturday.

Mar Alani, 81, was last seen walking away from a salon on the 700 block of N. Old Woodward Ave. at around 4 p.m.

Police say Alani suffers from Alzheimer's Disease. She is described as a white female with brown hair, 5-foot-7 and wearing a black and white coat.
