(CBS DETROIT) - The Detroit Police Department says a missing 13-year-old boy has been found safe.

Police confirmed Wednesday morning that Kobe Kirby was found safe. He had been missing since Tuesday, April 30.

Kobe had last been seen riding his bike in the area of Seven Mile Road and Northlawn Street.

He was described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, about 130 pounds. He was last wearing a blue turban, black shirt, blue jeans and black Crocs.
