Michigan State's Center Scores Rushing Touchdown As Spartans Pile On Penn St. [VIDEO]

The Michigan State Spartans left no doubt who was the best team in the Big Ten East this season. The Spartans punched their ticket to the Big Ten Championship with a dominating 55-16 win over Penn State on Saturday.

The blowout got so out of hand that the Spartans even lined up senior center Jack Allen in the backfield late in the fourth quarter. The 296-pounder took the ball to the house for a nine-yard touchdown run and the Spartans' last score of the game.

In the new world of the College Football Playoff, style points are more meaningful than ever. The Spartans left no doubt in voters' minds that they will be deserving of a playoff bid should they beat Iowa in the Big Ten Championship on Dec. 5 in Indianapolis.
