'Michigan Matters' Holiday Focus: Giving Back To Those In Need

(CBS Detroit) - With the holidays upon us, the leaders of four organizations took time to visit the "Michigan Matters" set and talk about their vital work in the community with Senior Producer/Host Carol Cain.

Pete Waldmeir, of the Old Newsboys' Goodfellow Fund of Detroit , Kirk Mayes, CEO of Forgotten Harvest , Major Mark Anderson, General Secretary and Commander of The Salvation Army of Metro Detroit, and Cheryl Johnson, of COTS, talked about the growing needs in the region of the less fortunate.
