Michigan Governor Will Sport Spartan Tie After Michigan State Football Win

ANN ARBOR (WWJ) - He lost the bet ... and now he'll be wearing the tie.

Michigan Governor Rick Snyder of Ann Arbor ... tweeted out a congratulations to his Michigan State-Spartan Lt. Governor Brian Calley.
