Michigan Counties Conduct Tornado Drills Without Sirens, NWS Says Didn't Want To Cause Panic

(CBS DETROIT) - Wednesday night some counties in West Michigan had a tornado drill, without sirens amid the state's stay-at-home order.

The national weather service said it didn't want to cause panic.

Police are encouraging people and businesses to review their safety plans during severe weather awareness week.
