Michigan CB Stribling: 'I See The Refs Got Paid Today'

Michigan lost a heartbreaker on Saturday in one of the best matchups "The Game" has ever seen.

But Ohio State's 30-27 double-overtime win didn't come without controversy.

Players, coaches and fans alike have been pointing to the fourth down conversion Buckeye quarterback J.T. Barrett got in the second overtime, but Michigan cornerback Channing Stribling voiced his displeasure with the officiating in general.

The senior had some harsh words for the officials on Twitter following the game.

Michigan certainly had its chances to put the Buckeyes away, but turnovers cost the Wolverines dearly. However, there's no denying that the penalty numbers in Saturday's matchup were heavily one-sided.

Michigan was penalized seven times for a total of 59 yards, while Ohio State called for only two penalties totaling six yards.

There's no doubt Michigan fans -- and probably some players -- share Stribling's frustration.
