Michigan CB Jeremy Clark Has Torn ACL

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh says starting cornerback Jeremy Clark suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament against Penn State and is likely done for the season.

Clark, a fifth-year senior, made 10 tackles and is tied for team-high honors with three pass breakups for the fourth-ranked Wolverines.

Harbaugh said junior Brandon Watson and freshmen David Long and Levert Hill will be called on to help make up for the loss. He also said the Michigan coaching staff will look into the possibility of a medical hardship ruling, which could grant Clark a sixth year of eligility.
