MGM Grand Detroit Cuts Affects Nearly 1,100 Furloughed Workers Due To Pandemic

(CBS DETROIT) – MGM Grand Detroit plans to cut about 1,100 jobs due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Detroit Free Press reports the cuts are part of MGM's nationwide downsizing plan.

The cuts affect workers already furloughed earlier this year.

Detroit's three casinos reopened on august 5th at limited capacity.
