Man Killed By Ohio Train ID'ed As Missing Downriver EMT, Firefighter

PORTAGE, Ohio (WWJ) - A man who was struck and killed by a train just south of Toledo, Ohio has been positively identified as a missing Belleville firefighter.

Authorities say 22-year-old Timothy Graves was fatally struck by the train on June 30, two days after he was reported missing in Taylor, Michigan.

Graves was last seen leaving his job as an EMT at HealthLink Medical Transport, on Northline and Beech Daly roads. His car was found the next day at a rest stop in Bowling Green, Ohio.

Authorities say the death remains under investigation.
