Man Jailed In Connection With Fatal Drunk Driving Crash

DETROIT (WWJ) - A Roseville man is in jail Tuesday after his arraignment for a fatal drunk driving crash in Detroit.

Prosecutor Kym Worthy says 31-year-old Jonathon Horton was driving along Chalmers around 2:30 a.m. Monday when he crashed into a car at Mayfield Street.

The crash killed 26-year-old Jerrica Hicks of Nashville and injured another man.

Horton is charged with operating under the influence causing death and is due back in court on June 3.
