Man Arrested After Holding Girlfriend Hostage, Police At Bay For Hours

DETROIT (WWJ) - A Huron Township man who held his girlfriend hostage for several hours following a domestic dispute has been taken into custody.

The unidentified man was arrested around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday after releasing the woman from his home in the Country Meadows Mobile Home Park on Will Carleton Road, along the Wayne-Monroe county border.
