Man Arraigned In Mobile Home Park Shooting
CASCO TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) — A 52-year-old man has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of a 43-year-old man over what authorities say was an argument about trash at a mobile home park in St. Clair County.
Jess Bowman of Casco Township was ordered to jail without bond Friday and faces a preliminary hearing on Wednesday. He's accused of shooting Timothy Belisle on Wednesday.
Sheriff's officials say Belisle was found in the street and died at the scene.
It wasn't immediately clear if Bowman has an attorney.
Casco Township is located about 35 miles northeast of Detroit.
