Macomb County Home Invasion Suspect Caught On Camera

HARRISON TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - Does anyone recognize this man?

The Macomb County Sheriff's Office is reaching out to the public for help to identify a suspect in at least one Harrison Township home invasion.

The latest crime occurred early on Tuesday, Sept. 16. At 3:22 a.m., Sheriff's officials said, a suspect entered a garage in the 39000 block of Canterbury Drive.

The home where the break-in occurred was equipped with a sophisticated surveillance system; and investigators examining footage found the subject could be seen clearly on the video as he entered the garage, then reached up and disabled one of the cameras.

The camera was stolen.

Detectives say there were three other break-ins or larcenies in Harrison Township within a four-day period immediately preceding this incident. Details about what may have been stolen in those incidents were not released.

Anyone who may recognize the suspect is asked to call the Macomb County Sheriff's Office at 586-307-9412.
