Lyricist Society Helps Kids Use Hip Hop As A Creative Outlet Inside The Classroom

Southfield (CW50) - Lyricist Society started in 2009 at Fredrick Douglass Academy for Young Men as an after school program. The program uses hip hop to increase student involvement in creative arts while also promoting cultural awareness, achievement, and literacy.
