Lucky Dogs Get Day Of Treats, Selfie With Owner At Canton Dog Park

CANTON (WWJ) - What a lucky dog! If you were in Canton Sunday at the dog park, you would have seen quite a few lucky dogs.

It was a day to relax or maybe stretch with your four-legged friend and stop by the food truck for dogs by Milo's Kitchen Dog Treats.

The event included free treats for the dogs, a lounge for lap dogs and owners, and a selfie photo booth.

Adam Fischer is with Big Heart Pet Brands and was a part of the day for dogs.

"Just like a normal, human food truck, we have a nice counter they can step up to and order which ever items they want," said Fischer.

He tells WWJ's Beth Fisher that the truck move around the country:

"At Milo's we believe that dogs are an integral part of the family, so we figure if we have food trucks, why shouldn't our four-legged friends have food trucks as well?"

"A different concept," said Lou Wassic who was there with his boxer, Teddy,"(it's) something a little different for the dogs ... a treat."
