Lions Sign LB Brandon Chubb To Practice Squad
Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed LB Brandon Chubb to the team's practice squad.
Chubb originally signed with the Los Angeles Rams earlier this season as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Wake Forest. He joined the Rams' practice squad at the beginning of the regular season before being released on September 12. In four preseason games with the Rams in 2016, Chubb recorded nine total tackles (seven solo).
Earlier today, the Pittsburgh Steelers announced that OL Brian Mihalik was signed to the team's active roster from the Lions' practice squad.
