Lions Sign DE Jeremiah Valoaga To Practice Squad And Release LB Thurston Armbrister

Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed DE Jeremiah Valoaga to the practice squad and released LB Thurston Armbrister from the practice squad.
Valoaga returns to the Lions after originally signing with the team as an undrafted rookie free agent out of UNLV earlier this season. He spent the first 12 weeks of the season as a member of the active roster, where he totaled five tackles and one sack in nine games.
