SHANE GIANINO: Founder and CEO of Qstride in Troy. Qstride helps companies increase metrics and performance through technology consultation services and products, including business intelligence, analytics, and data warehousing. The business also includes Qstride Staffing, an IT staffing agency for permanent, contract-to-hire, and contract positions. Previously a senior manager in various technology companies, including Keystrata, Inc., Advanced Technology Group, and Robert Half Technology, Gianino founded Qstride in 2012. The company experienced rapid growth in 2013, up 130 percent, with more than 30 employees. Qstride also has opened offices in Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Virginia. Gianino was recognized as a top 100 emerging business leader by the Detroit Regional Chamber and was named to Techweek100, a list honoring individuals and organizations that are an integral part of Michigan's innovation ecosystem.
