Kim and Kanye have finally tied the knot... Finally.

I hope this is the end of having to hear all about Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, but I doubt it. The two had a lavish wedding ceremony over the weekend in Italy, with about 600 guests. The couple said their vows on a hilltop overlooking Florence, with a 20-foot high wall of white roses and peonies.

Oh, and "scandal" alert: Kanye's friends Beyonce and Jay Z were not at the wedding.

Emma Thompson is raising some eyebrows after a controversial interview with the "Daily Mail."

In the interview, the 55-year-old actress talks about motherhood and her decision to take a year off from her career in order to spend more time with her 14-year-old daughter. She says the year off was "a birthday present to myself" and adds that she highly recommends that others do the same, "if they can afford it."

But what really caused some harsh criticism was the line, "You can't be a great mum and keep working all the time."
