Massive bell bottoms, rainbow T-shirts, round sunglasses, long, flowing hair -- They're all hallmarks of the year 1970.

Frankly, it's not the best look from history. But there's another thing from that era that could net you something pretty -- and green -- if you keep your eyes peeled for it.

A certain number of quarters produced in 1970 have a tiny misprint that makes them very, very valuable.

According to Good Housekeeping magazine:

"The pieces of change were printed over 1941 Canadian quarters and therefore feature a teeny "1941" marking just above the word "DOLLAR" on the pack of the coin. It's almost impossible to see without a little help, but you can see the error explained in this eBay listing. You'll also see that 26 people are interested in paying $35,000 for this one coin — woah!"
So check your pockets and purse, this is something you don't want to accidentally spend.
