Kate Upton Wants You To Join Her And Verlander [PHOTO]

The older I get, the less I want to try new things. Oh, who am I trying to kid, I never wanted to try new things.
However, there is an exception: If supermodel Kate Upton suggested I try something new, I might just consider it.
Upton posted to her Instagram account on Wednesday afternoon hanging upside down from a trapeze-looking contraption and asking people to jump on the bandwagon. Apparently, it's a new kind of workout.
I have no idea what the heck is going on here other than maybe it stretches you out?
Sure enough Justin Verlander has done the same thing, and he captioned it "just hangin' out."
Verlander's brother Ben, a Tigers prospect, also joined in on the activity.
If you can explain to me what they are doing other than just "hanging around," please feel free. I can't help but wonder if this is one of those things where a hot new girlfriend talks a guy into doing something faintly ridiculous at the point where he'll do just about anything to make her happy ... And he ends up regretting it later.
