Jim Madaus Observes Movember Raising Men's Health Awareness With CBS Cares Team

Have you ever wondered what one of Detroit's favorite weather broadcasters would look like with a stache? You're in luck.

CBS 62/CW50 Detroit Chief Meteorologist Jim Madaus is observing Movember to raise awareness for men's health. He won't shave his moustache (mo) for the entire month of November.

Jim isn't the only one here at CBS going "no shave" in November. CBS is encouraging all of their guys to join the Movember team page at moteam.co/cbs-cares. CBS will make a donation to the team and anyone can donate or help raise funds by sharing this page. Don't worry ladies, you can participate by donating and promoting the importance of men's health.

The Movember Foundation's vision is to have an everlasting impact on the face of men's health. They do this by asking men to grow moustaches during November. It's all intended to spark conversation and raise funds for prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health.

We'll post a few photos of his progress here. Stay tuned.

Update: December 1 -- The 30 day mustache will be shaved on December 2.
