Jim Harbaugh On Booger-Gate: 'I Have Never'

ANN ARBOR (CBS Detroit) To be or not to be the guy who ate a booger on live television, that is the question.

And in this case, University of Michigan head football coach Jim Harbaugh swears the answer is simple: He did not.

On WWJ 950's "Inside Michigan Football" radio show, Harbaugh came clean on the controversy.

"I have never eaten a booger in my entire life," Harbaugh told radio host and play by play announcer Jim Brandstatter, to a round of laughs. "It might have looked like that was happening. But if you rub your nose and then you bite your fingernail, that's not eating a booger. There was no booger eaten.

"For clarity here, for the record, I have never eaten a booger in my entire life."

Brandstatter said: "There you have it, all those people on the internet, you heard it here from the boss ... never."

97.1 The Ticket morning show host Jamie Samuelsen doesn't believe it, claiming that at some point in their lives everyone has eaten a booger.
