Call me crazy, but I believe when playing sports -- whether is professionally or with your friends -- you should be able to maintain some type of sportsmanship.

That didn't happen in the Steelers and Jets game on Sunday.

The Jets were set to take a knee in the victory formation and Mike Mitchell of the Steelers wasn't having it.

The Jets' Nick Mangold had noticed Mitchell running up and just flipped him over his head. Many grandmothers would call this formation "ass over teakettle"

The game was out of hand, the Jets led 20-13 and the Steelers didn't have any timeouts left.

Rex Ryan wasn't too happy about the play either.

Is this bad sportsmanship or is this just a player going until the final whistle?
