JCPenney Closing 242 Stores Permanently, Declares Bankruptcy

(CBS DETROIT) - There's more trouble for retailers during the pandemic.

According to a court filing, JCPenney's says it will permanently close about 242 stores.

This comes just two days after declaring bankruptcy.

No word on which locations will be closing
