'Jane The Virgin' Star Talks Upcoming Season

The new CW show "Jane The Virgin" follows Jane Villanueva, a driven young Miami native. Being raised by her mother and grandmother gave Jane a unique perspective on love - and a love for telenovelas. Plus, Jane has decided to "save herself" until she and her fiance Michael are married.

Everything changes when, one day, Jane heads to the doctor for a routine check-up. She's accidentally artificially inseminated and becomes pregnant. Suddenly, Jane's life is as dramatic as her beloved telenovelas.

"Jane The Virgin" premieres Monday, October 13. The CW show was listed as a top pilot of the fall season by USA Today.

"Jane The Virgin" was also listed as a show to "get excited about" by BuzzFeed.

Tune into "Jane The Virgin" on Monday, October 13 at 9:00 p.m. ET.
