Jake Butt Suspended For Indiana Game For 'Violating Team Expectations'

ANN ARBOR (CBS DETROIT) - Michigan tight end Jake Butt will not play Saturday against Indiana because he has been suspended one game for "violating team expectations," according to reports.

Butt has 10 catches for 113 yards this year, with his best game coming against Miami (Ohio), when he caught three passes for 59 yards.

The Wolverines (3-5, 1-3 Big Ten) host the Hoosiers for homecoming Saturday, but the game has been overshadowed to some degree by the departure of  embattled Michigan athletic director Dave Brandon, whose resignation Michigan announced Friday.
