Interventional Neurologist Dr. Oxley Tells Dr. Oz What Physicians Think Could Be Happening To COVID-19 Patients Who Are Experiencing Strokes.

Dr. Oxley was one out of a team whose letter detailing five case studies of young coronavirus patients, between ages 33 and 49, who had strokes at home, was published in The New England Journal of Medicine.  Although the link between having COVID-19 and developing strokes is currently theoretical, Dr. Oxley offers one hypothesis to explain the rise in this disturbing trend.
