Downtime in a major league clubhouse can lead to some major shenanigans.

The Tigers are set to play the Red Sox Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. While getting ready for the game, the Tigers double play duo, Ian Kinsler and Jose Iglesias, decided to play rock-paper-scissors with a twist.

Kinsler beat Iglesias and for some reason decided to take an empty water jug and hit him over the head with it.

Justin Verlander was the first to send out the video with the caption, "Taking #rockpaperscissors to a whole new level. ???? #daygame #wakeup #lockerroom #teammates @joseiglesias_ss @i.kinsler3."

Alex Wilson was quick to follow that up by saying, "@joseiglesias_ss it pays to be a winner!!! Right @i.kinsler3 #headache #rockpaperscissors #nomercy #daygamegrinds."

Now maybe I am just being negative by saying this, but should Kinsler really be hitting Iglesias over the head with that jug? I know I'm not willing to get hit over the head while I sit here at work and I don't have to play a professional baseball game soon. What do I know...maybe Iglesias is like Hammer Head from Stan Lee's Superhumans on the History Channel.
