I-75 In Detroit Shut Down Due To Jackknifed Semi
DETROIT (WWJ) - A busy section of I-75 in southwest Detroit is shut down due to a jackknifed semi-truck.
The incident happened just before 9 a.m. Saturday on northbound I-75 and Vernor Highway.
As a result, all lanes of northbound I-75 are closed at I-96.
North 75 CLOSED at 96. Detour 96 west to 94 east to 75 or M-10. Unknown ETA for reopening. M-85/Fort St also alternate route.

It wasn't immediately clear what led to the crash, or if anyone was injured.
Police and emergency crews remain on the scene.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area. It's unclear how long the closure will last.
