Homeless Population In Michigan Spikes In Comparison To 2013

DETROIT (WWJ) - The Department of Housing and Urban Development released a new study showing that Michigan's homeless rate is on the rise.

According the HUD study, published Thursday, the state saw a 700-person increase in the homeless population.

Nevada, Washington D.C., New York and Massachusetts also saw a spike in their homeless population.
