Governor Whitmer Signed Off on Michigan's Return To Learn Plan

(CBS Detroit ) - Governor Whitmer signed off on the state's Return to Learn Plan.

It's a bipartisan set of bills to allow school districts in Michigan to decide if online, in-person, or hybrid learning is what's best for their students.

This comes after Whitmer announced a $65,000,000 fund to help needy schools during the pandemic.
