Golf, Sports Dome Collapsed By Heavy Snow Remains Deflated

KOCHVILLE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - A sports and golf dome that collapsed in a Michigan snowstorm may not be replaced.

Kokomo's Family Fun Center manager Wes Fleisher tells MLive.com (http://bit.ly/22qgPDF ) Thursday that heavy snow fell on the dome in Kochville Township during the February storm.

Fleisher says employees tried to clear some of the snow, but the dome "just kind of burst" when they went to re-inflate it.

He says repairs to the dome are not likely. The entertainment facility is north of Saginaw and expects to complete an outdoor golf range this year or by mid-2017.
