General Motors Ends "Maven" Service

MICHIGAN (CBS DETROIT) - General Motors says it's permanently ending service for the ride-sharing service "Maven" due to changes in the industry.

GM launched Maven back in 2016 as a way to rent and ride share their vehicles.

The company says it will redirect the resources into other areas with more potential.
