Gabriel Hall: Hatch Detroit Semi-Finalist (VIDEO)

DETROIT (CBS Detroit) - Damieon Gabriel and his family is looking to bring a mix of New Orleans music, food and history to Detroit.

Gabriel's concept, Gabriel Hall, is one of 10 semi-finalists announced in the competition to win a $50,000 grant from Comerica Bank and legal, marketing, accounting and IT support from Hatch Detroit.

His family hopes to bring six generations of music, cooking and history to their restaurant and live entertainment bar which features authentic Cajun menu and signature drinks.

To cast a vote for the best business plan, visit the Hatch Detroit website.
Voters have until 11:59 p.m. Thursday to cast a vote for their favorite business.
CBS Detroit will be posting profiles of all the Hatch Detroit semi-finalists.
