Former U-M Provost Retires, Gives Up Tenured Faculty Position After Sexual Misconduct Accusations

(CBS DETROIT) - New information in the sexual misconduct case of the former University of Michigan Provost.

The university says Martin Philbert will give up his tenured faculty position and retire by the end of the month.

Philbert was fired earlier this year after multiple accusations of sexual misconduct surfaced.
