Sappy/romantic stuff isn't in my wheelhouse. Never has been, never will be. Good thing former Michigan State Todd Anderson fullback doesn't read my ideas about love -- otherwise his perfect marriage proposal wouldn't have worked.
Anderson's girlfriend just so happens to be Olympic swimmer Katie Hoff. Hoff, 24, threw out the ceremonial first pitch of the Tampa Bay Rays game Sunday afternoon and what happened after is something I'm sure she didn't expect.
Great time at the game tonight ! And they won!! #rays #yankees #baseball @TandersonMSU pic.twitter.com/IM6Cpguc0Y

Anderson proposed to Hoff right after she threw out her first pitch, as you can see below.

Hoff swam in both the 2004 and 2008 Olmpics. Anderson played FB at Michigan State in the 2010 and 2011 seasons.
